Munt's Morsels: Dorchester McDonald's

I recently visited the McDonald's in Dorchester and must say, I was disappointed by the lack of options available to me. Upon approaching the counter, I requested a steak, only to be met with the response 'Sir, this is a McDonald's'. I was taken aback by the audacity of the staff, who seemed to lack any initiative or motivation to satisfy my request.

In my opinion, the staff at McDonald's could benefit from a course in customer service. It is unacceptable to simply shrug off a customer's request without attempting to offer an alternative. The lack of willingness to go above and beyond for the customer is a major flaw in the restaurant's operation.

Furthermore, the limited menu at McDonald's is a major drawback. The offerings consist of a handful of pre-packaged options that leave little room for customization. The quality of the food is also questionable, with greasy and unappetizing fare that fails to satisfy even the most basic cravings.

So, while McDonald's may be suitable for a quick and convenient meal on the go, it falls short in terms of customer service and quality of food. One star, for the effort.
